1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using eiSEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

eiSEO provides website scanning and monitoring tools including accessibility auditing (WCAG), custom policy enforcement, SEO analysis, and AI visibility tracking. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to scan
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eiSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scan results are exhaustive or that compliance with our recommendations ensures full regulatory compliance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
